Michelle’s vibes

📝 I believe in stories, ideas, and challenging the status quo.

🚫 ‘That’s just the way it is’ is a phrase I don’t use or believe. My brain is wired to find possibilities. It’s way more exciting anyway.

💞 My comfort with vulnerability is unique. I have the ability to share, take leaps, and have hard conversations.

👀 An intangible skill: paying attention & really, deeply seeing people.

🌍 I have a deep passion for meaningful work. I care about people and ideas that leave the world better than it was found.

☯ My creativity is playful while my thoughts are reflective and philosophical. Yin and yang. I need and enjoy both.

🔥 Big fan of sassiness, loud laughter, high energy, and vibrant colors. I get into flow when journaling, dancing salsa, & exploring the world.

My successes
(on my terms)

  • For 15 years, Michelle designed award winning strategies for global brands like Nike & Google and innovative startups like Thinx. Her strategy career started in advertising at Wieden + Kennedy before moving into innovation in the social sector. She worked at brands, agencies, startups, consultancies and as a freelancer. She’s experienced it all.

She also coaches budding and established changemakers. She has been mentoring and coaching since her career started and now is happily doing it as a day job.

Michelle is a skilled speaker, art hobbyist, and host of events that shift perspectives.

She’s become known for her energy. It’s best described as a deep, playful, and charismatic.

  • I got the travel bug when I was 16. At 21, I booked a monthlong EU group trip on my own. In 26, I went to Australia for my first true solo trip. At 29, I gifted myself a 6-month sabbatical and backpacked Central America.

  • After a recession, jobs, and a creative program, I got a dream strategy job at Wieden + Kennedy on Nike. A few years later, I landed a I-can’t-believe-it’s-real job as a ‘Social Imagineer’ at a social impact lab that no longer exists. Last, is finally launching this business!

  • Not saying they were all an amazing successes but following my gut, exploring, & creating taught me so much. From Girl Go Travel to Treat Your Block during COVID, I have so much appreciation for these. More on my personal website: marrazcaeta.com

  • I love, love, love learning. When I’m curious about a topic like Design Thinking or Coaching I sign up for a course. Other topics like culture design, I jump into it to learn by doing. Outside of work, I take classes to learn languages, dance, & various creative outlets.

  • My office is more like a maker space. I practice line drawings by drawing architecture in Amsterdam as well as paint and collage randomly. It’s about the process not the outcome.

About the organization

Our manifesto

We believe in the power of ideas and creativity to make a more just, caring future.

The future we’re talking about is restorative to the planet, just to all humans and the non-human world, and has meaning and wellbeing at the center.

We’re making a bet on the power of individuals on the world of business, on teams and organizations, and the larger systems they’re a part of.

When creative individuals are feeling energized, excited by their meaningful work and being well, they’ll influence and lift up their home and work life.

Those are the same individuals who’ll support more badass businesses who are creating change in their own way.

The more badass business there are, the more impactful jobs and the better the industry standards.

We want to work with people who think this way; who want to leave society better than how they inherited it.

If you’re one of them, we want to help you lead by example.

This is what’s worth fighting for.

What we believe in

We need more thriving impact-led leaders.

Thriving people make thriving organizations.
